separated shoulder? aka ac joint sprain? I fell on my elbow/forearm and that was the result. And obviously our injuries were exactly the same.

There are posts in here somewhere from Strider, an orthopod who wrote a book on curing your shoulder w/o surgery, especially ac joint injuries. It was all about hanging from a bar. A friend has the book. I need to read it.
