I have to undertake an emergency air flow and heat/AC exercise when I get home from work way too often to make it comfortable after AC hasn't been touched all day when it warmed up 35 degrees.

Came home tonight after traveling for 36 hrs. It warmed up 15 degrees since I left...AC hadn't been touched

Do you not have these things called thermostats where you live? Why does anyone have to "touch" the AC when you can just set a thermostat that turns it on automatically?
