Are Colorado license plates required? How about an oversized Nomad net? Do I need one of those?

I am assuming you are annoyed with Nomad Nets and people from Colorado? The guys who started Nomad are good dudes and we supported them. Plus we requested the large hoop and they obliged. Many prospective employees from Colorado and other states are better candidates than those from Wyoming...many aren't. Limiting search criteria to Wyoming only and No nomad nets would further exacerbate the underlying issues you seem to have.

I can vouch for Underoos. He taught me to sprey cast, and cooks a mean carp taco (don't knock it till you try it). I seem to remember him running measure nets though.

Culinary and 2 handed prowess a bonus. Measure Net bags can zip right on a large Nomad...so we have that issue solved. But you have to generate your own HP on the job, afterward there is no restriction.
