there were a lot of comments about the roll but i considered the possibility that he tripped on the sidewalk or a tree root and fell but rolled to recover, in which case it was not bad. faceplant would have been worse. in fact, one could wonder if his psycho racist reaction was made worse by his hurt pride/shock for stumbling.

look at the ground around the tree right before he runs by. there are tree roots sticking up several inches all over the place right where he rolls.

Yeah, he definitely tripped on his own accord from those roots. If I had to gauge it, I'd say that case is worth more in the $1.2 million range. I have no idea why that situation got out of control, but I know the why is because of dick bag, unprofessional cops. Jesus - kids at a pool party... show up, announce everyone needs to go home, stay until they do.

Dude has homicided someone each of the last 2 years. I don't think arming him is a good idea.
