Why not? The army was doing "realistic environment" training in San Diego recently with blacked out helicopters flying among and landing on downtown high rises at night. What could go wrong?

Every year around Fayetteville, NC they warn locals about training operations being conducted by special ops, and 82nd Airborne... i.e.. there may be soldiers running though your yard and stuff like that..

The cops aren't the biggest assholes in this one. And I'm not talking about the woman, who was doing what any mother would do if she brought her daughter to the police station to repoort what I'm guessing was a sex crime and some random asshole was filming.
The assholes who follow that youtube channel are pieces of work too.

Nor is alpha male much of a legal scholar--under Nevada law the identity of victims of sex crimes--if that is what the girl wss in the statioon for--is confidential and he could be sued for even posting a video of the girl being in the station. He's lucky the cops were there to keep the woman from tearing him a new one.

Antioch is an outlying Bay Area town that's held onto more of its original bland podunk exurb character than most Bay Area exurbs that have transformed into suburbs. Whatever the SoCal equivalent would be, I have no idea, maybe someplace unremarkable along some highway on the way to Riverside?

And Pleasanton?? Jeez, that's pretty much a Silicon Valley satellite burg these days; it's come around to being considered kind of vibrant.
