I was at first, but then I saw that he plead guilty. He shot the guy a month after the Michael Brown shooting, and probably figured he was fucked since there was video of him shooting an unarmed man with both hands in the air. If that happens today, 10:1 he pleads not guilty and is subsequently acquitted.
