According to Blister, the original Bodacious is coming back? Is that the totally flat, insanely stiff one, or the first green one with a little bit of camber?
    No longer stuck.

There will be considerably less Bodacious than the first Spur. I was told the total would be 150 pairs and that's it. I believe it's a one and done at least for the next two years. We'll see.

Very first construction was what all the requests were for. It got slightly stiffer the next two years and then the green one was quite a bit softer. Green one had no camber. If you got one with camber doubt it had more than 1mm per ski which is within the tolerance.

That year Cochise got a little camber but not the Bodacious.

Was a good day for these guys today. Amazing how far "Comp" skis have come in the last 5 years.

I think the judging criteria has changed in the last five+ years with Difficulty of Line pulling less weight and giving more value to Air & Style. /armchair quarterback.

Regardless, those Rustlers seemed to handle the mank down low at high speeds just fine, as well as a few burly landings. Neither Leo or Loic needed that tail rocker, though. Interesting they choose it, frankly. Gives confidence that ski is burly underfoot.

to bring some perspective, keep in mind between Leo and Loic that Leo is the lardass of the 2 , being 5 9 and 150 lbs . Loic is even smaller and lighter. I know Leo used to be on the 193 gunsmokes all the time and Loic on 186 mostly , sometimes 193.
wondering what size Rustler they are on (i'm thinking 192)

    What's Blizzard up to?

Theyre also skiing almost all powder on the FWT. It'd be interest to see them on the US FWQ which is often firm snow. I've found that lightweight skis can actually work just fine if its mostly powder. Its when its mostly tracked out or firm when you need to be even more on your A game and/or tone it down.

Will you just go compete on the FWQ already?

Perhaps we could all chip in a few bucks to help Lindahl enter an event?

Got my hands first time on the new Spur and the new old Bodacious. Both are lookin really bad ass motherfuckaz. Spurs look like fun, though. Instant hard on imaging the ski in some deep pow.

My Bodacious are pre-green, but I don't think the first year. I would not consider them insanely stiff. I actually use them as a resort powder ski, and they do perform well in the chopped up.

From what you are saying the OG is slightly less stiff, than year two and three. Seems like that ski would be just about perfect.
