    Cool Alta .... 11/22/03

Woodsy can have his friggin' song about Solitude ... cause today at Alta flat out ROCKED!!!!

Burly cold, but crew present consisted of PoHo, AC, the AG's, Altard, Larry, <, Particle and Miss, Harpo, Shredhead, Skibe, Altaholic, UTDave, etc. Blower pow that thanks to the lake and wind was piling up knee deep in many places.

A few thoughts: feels good to be home; Altard is kickin A this year; Shredhead rips for an ol' fart ; where was Phunk??; sure hope PoHo starts feeling better soon; and finally tomorrow will be off da hook!!!

Thursday felt like we were all starring in Alta's version of Immersion and today felt like RAP's old film "The White Room".

Stall and Phatty too put through the ringer tomorrow ... [rubbing hands; dirty smile on face] oh yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!

    Cool

The Bird was fantastic today for early season conditions. Over 100" so far on the season, with more to come. Thermometer said -6 to -8 most of the day up top with a wind chill near -30. Two of us got some frostbite, including me. My left cheek got it pretty good right under the goggle line (I forgot to bring my stupid mask). I had frostbite on my cheeks and ears a few years ago so they seem to freeze easily as a result.
Like I been sayin; this year is gonna be one for the books!

    Thumbs up

Oh, by the way, I can't believe Mineral is open already almost a week before Thanksgiving.
But Utah still sucks, of course.

I caught SARS (or something) from JayFrizzo (or someone) so I spent the weekend curled up with a box of tissues. Yay.

Jay said he was challenging you to a game of beer pong, not phlegm volleyball.

The Xover hypertour will not slow down for measley images, GT.
The lad is possessed. His energy needs to be harnessed and transmitted to developing countries for industrial purposes.

I figure just one good "BWAAAAAAHAAAAAA!" could power Logan for a week.
