    Anybody know how to resize a picture to make it my avatar?

    I use iview or Irfan view. It is a free download shareware and has no ad shit with it. Load that and then save the file in iview and go to image > resize and then save as. You may first have to go edit crop selection and then cut and leave selection. I don't know if you can do that with the standard windows image viewers.
    It's not so much the model year, it's the high mileage or meterage to keep the youth of Canada happy
