Just got back from Alta 3-31-05 TR

well god damn am i tired....two round trips to alta in 3 days....made it to just shy of Provo last night and passed out in the back of the truck somewhere on 6 at around 5 am...slept for an hour or so and finished the drive....waited in traffic at the canyon with all the other beaters and was on Wildcat by 9:30....

did the little hike up from the lift for my first lap...pretty deep but already gettin a little too warmed by the sun....still insane deep...

then did a few more wildcat laps and got on collins, under collins i had two or three turns of bonafide waist to sternum deep pow......did a few more of those laps and bolted to Supreme when that opened....SICKTER...

then fucked around for a bit and made it over to Devils Castle when that opened....also sickter...

basically the day was a blur...

i do have pics, which will be posted when i find the right cord for this camera...

Phish- I'm proud of you. Getting after it like that is unprecedented on this board, and you need to be commended. I guarantee you'll remember the experience for the rest of your life. I just hope you feel like it was worth it. (and we won't post the 18-24" we worked at Vail all day today)

Disclaimer: all my pictures SUCK....so im only gonna post one of my tracks in the castle.....my good camera was stolen so i was using a shit 2 megapixel camera from like 6 years ago....sorry

and a shitty attempt at getting a pic of a dude that did a huge lincoln off this cliff....but my camera takes like 3 seconds to take a picture...sooo

edit: specifically season 1... i used to have a tape of that, and it got stollen. never found 'em on ebay/amazon.

i would totally love to ski the basin today, but i HAVE to drive my lame bum ass to boulder and try to get myself readmitted to CU to take summer classes.......

this whole reality thing really sucks lol....
