No. But for some reason a few companies for a few years thought it would be a good idea to spec their bikes with 30.0 seat posts and I own one of them.

Went with the KS over the GD for several reasons, but the appearance of the product was one of them. We’ll see if my vanity bites me in the ass.

Back to the original post, in my experience, the additional weight of a dropper post (which I don’t notice) is a non-issue compared to the benefits it provides.
