Colorado House Bill Defeated
This is a huge victory for the whitewater community. The CO house defeated a bill that would have limited recreational water rights to 350cfs.

Where do they get the nerve even trying to put a cap on flow on a play spot? Where was the litigation when low-head dams were built that are twice as dangerous and a a wide varity of flow?
