Ended up going a different direction and don't need these. Brand new in box, never worn, haven't even tried them on. Size 11. They include the felt and the rubber soles.
I'm thinking $100 is pretty fair but feel free to make offers.

Thats a sweet deal, I will ask around. Im sure someone in my crew needs a new pair of boots. Id be all over the. But I just bought a new pair of Sims Guide Boots.
