Are hotels same day only pricing?

Each and every Groupon offer can be different- you have to read the fine print. It is not like Priceline or some other sites that have the same policy across all deals. They are only there to be the conduit for the hotel or local business or whatever's offer or deal.

I bought a groupon for a room at Bryce Canyon last fall, and while the check in dates went all the way in to April, you had to book within like 3 weeks of the purchase. I didn't take the time to read all the fine print, so now I just have a $49 credit at the hotel. This particular deal ran for about 10 days I believe.
