And once we joined 70 at 40, slow lane FTW! Even going up Floyd Hill...

Yep, that's the way some days. I still think they should put a tbar or even a rope tow from storm up to there, they could/would even market it in some type of cowboy-ish way, like lasso up to this! or some stupid shit.

Heh - way back in the day my buddy and I were heading up to the weather station on a pretty big pow day to ski Xmas Tree, when a snomo pulling Billy Kid shot past us. At least he waved as he went by.

Ironically, they left the bird feeder up at the top of Bar UE. Don't they know that bird feeders spread all types of avian diseases and is likely more dangerous than feeding grey jays m&m's and clif bar crumbs? SMDH

Drove 70 east from Cisco UT to Empire last night. Rain until GJ or so and then the worst whiteout driving conditions I think I’ve ever been in. For like 200 miles. Worst was around Parachute (where a sedan driving WB was on the EB side of the highway with seemingly no clue what they were doing), Glenwood, and Vail Pass. Somehow not a single accident witnessed (one runaway truck lane used) though very little traffic from 7pm-1am…

Had to drive to Denver last night. Cold but just a dusting. Pretty embarrassing how many Colorado plates were hanging in the left lane as I passed on the right doing 55. Don't think I tapped the brakes until Georgetown Hill while those in the Florida plate crowd were gripped.
