Sure, they could build a firehouse. But a firehouse does fuck all to reduce response time if not staffed and equipped. I doubt you could operate one more than a year before going over your 18mil.

That this method also increases property values for some probably didn't go unnoticed by whoever proposed it. The city can then re-assess the properties, get more taxes and in the end make money annual vs. cost money running an unneeded firehouse. Seems like a better local government decision.

Then rent an annex and have two response persons staffed in the village, truck to follow exactly one minute longer than through the tunnel from wv station. Point being if they need better response time a hole under the freeway at 18 million isn't an answer to save 30 seconds.

22:25, Jeep off the road at Frontage/70. In the middle of dispatcher talking to fire, CDOT plower chips in on the freq and says "I just plowed that, road is in pretty good shape, not sure why he would run off the road".

Hard to tell from the blury pic but looks like a 4wd chevy dually. Plenty of truck for that load. Provided all 10 tires are in good shape and it's loaded with the correct tongue weight and he has a good trailer brake controller with functioning adjusted trailer brakes there's no reason that can't be driven safely in a snow storm. Now I'm not sure I'd want to drive it in an I-70 shit show but then again I don't want to drive in an I-70 shit show at all.
