Damn. I was wondering why the early riser lot at Abasin was barely 1/2 full at 8:20 am.

Great day to lay in bed slammed full of edibles.
You should have been here yesterday!
Drive home was a breeze for the most part. The skiing actually made up for the drive which says a lot.

Does dispatch have a coordination agreement with @170things?
Did you get the COVINVITE for the celebration party? https://www.instagram.com/p/CK-jYe2Fs2t/
Pretty sure I just saw an abandoned Fiero on the westbound shoulder just past the Kermits exit.
Bold choice, Guy.
VP shutting down Monday morning around 930 for safety work. Sounds like it may last awhile.

Good luck with that! A. I'm pretty sure there are plenty of pass products not blacked out B. CDPHE guidelines would have allowed those resorts to sell day tickets to replace the blackouts. C. Capacity limits are pretty high relative to what a busy President's Weekend would be. D. Bookings are close to sold out. E. People just don't give a fuck if they ski, they come anyway.
Need me to tell you thank traffic will be fucked any other ways?
Dont get me wrong, I expect the worst this weekend. I was just saying if there ever was a weekend where it would make a difference, it would be this one. I expect that theory to be thoroughly debunked after this weekend. Good point on the capacity limits being replaced by day tickets.
My take from way the fuck up on my horse is this. Traffic tends to be not as bad on holiday weekends and Christmas. A lot of Front Range day skiers say "fuck that noise". A lot of second homos STR there places for big bucks. The extra day spreads out traffic patterns. I think a lot of Front Range kids are off today also. But being 2021, it's probably fucked now and will be fucked until Tuesday given the weather.
so is it or is it not a good weekend to drive my corvette up over all the passes?
Plus plenty of people want to go so the Ice Castles in Dillon and do other things like tubing or snowshoeing. Shit is going to be bad starting soon till Tuesday.
Did someone say Kenny Powers???!!
