Disagree. I get much, much better results hand straightening than with those silly things. To each their own though.

So you're saying they are selling me a product that I don't need? A gimmick, if you will? Blashpemy! Every vest should have a leader straightener. It's proper as fuck.

    Also this:

It's the old Soo Edison Hydro plant in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan and it's still active. That's the beginning of the St. Mary's river where Lake Superior empties into Lake Michigan/Huron.

Catch and release fishing on a beautiful evening in an amazing river.

This 19" rainbow trout hit a Copper John and took off! I ran downstream 75 yards as he took me into my backing. First time I've really had to palm drag the reel. I finally reeled him in to the lip of my net when POW he took off again!.ZIiiiNG. I let him go. Another 75 yard chase, and I reeled him in again, to a quiet bank, and finally got the net under him.

I had fallen at some point and cold river water soaked my jeans under the waders, I was shaking from adrenaline, and the fish in my net was angry. The sun was setting and the dark clouds had just passed, the river was lit up with gold light. I had just watched the silhouette of this trout as it leapt from the water several times in the sunset. Absolutely Gorgeous evening and a great day on the river.

You caught that in your own private Idaho? I don't ever remember seeing a rainbow up here in east Idaho that is so totally decorated with spots. What river? Really pretty fish.

Against my better judgement did a Flat Creek Sesh last night. It didn't suck. Good drifts and 15' leaders did it.

Waiting for the sun to recede

One of the bigger Cuts I've ever touched took a Purple Haze. Super technical.

    Pretty Fish

    Solid evening.
