The time for talk is over. Who's getting it done and showing tonight? If you have time in the afternoon and work midtown, there is going to be a special "TGR Behind the Camera" event at the Sony Style store (550 Madison Ave) from 2:30 to 3:30 PM. Great chance to hear from TGR cinematographers and athletes on the art of filmmaking/digital photography in action sports. Cross street is 55th I think.
I will be going to both. As I am meeting a lot of people that I have never seen before tonight, I am going to make it easy; I am dressing like Waldo. Blue trousers, (yes, I said trousers) red and white striped polo with long-sleeved t shirt underneath. I do not own a red and white pom-pom hat so I will have to resort to the standard Scores baseball lid. Bling Bling.
I am fired up to meet some NYC mags, inquiries about changing nickels encouraged.
In an unrelated side note, I am pretty sure they put horse tranquilizers in the frozen 'ritas at Rio Grande. Consume under the assumption that you will, at one point, talk to jeebus.

This sounds really cool and it's not that far from my office. Now I just have to vanish for an hour and not have anyone notice. If you see someone in a Weather Channel fleece it will be me.
