late march on the green or provo?

Hey guys, i'm planning a little trip to Ogden in late March. I'm assuming the fishing on the weber/provo/green could be pretty good then, am I right? is it still midge fishing or are we getting into bigger bugs that early in the season? should i stick to skiing or plan on doing some fishing? i've never fished the green and a float trip might be a justifiable expense...

The Green is typically pretty awesome in late March. If I am around and can get away from work I would gladly row ya down. (Any excuse to get out and float). Should be some pretty good top action by then.
