It's massively factually incorrect. The stupid "a single BTC transaction uses as much energy as" quotes constur a fundamental misunderstanding of how BTC actually works and leads to stupidity like "In 2020 Bitcoin will consume more power than the world does today.

I'm the one advocating for the money that governments can't print out of thin air. No politician has the ability to create more BTC with an unfair advantage over anyone else. Nobody. Contrast that with Timmy Geithner whispering in Obama's ear that the world would end if Barry didn't "inject" billions of dollars (printed out of thin air) directly into Wall Street banks. This is why Trump's cronies made Trump and Melanie coins, which are trending to zero against BTC and will likely be irrelevant before too long.

Now that lobbying is becoming part of crypto just means that it's maturing as an asset class. This is similar to tech, healthcare, defense, and so on. It's how the United States works, for better or worse.
