Happy Pant Forecast - what to do?

Various levels of impending dumpage are predicted for this weekend. This cube monkey right here needs his fix. What say the masses? With the decision making power of the common house plant, I need some help.

A snomo mission looks to be postponed due to the BC being effectively closed.

I’ve got two tickets to Aspen but it looks like they may not be in the maw

Monarch looking good with minimal crowds and the new terrain open

Utah’s a option but Easter might be a bitch

Will the Granola Fest at CB limit the terrain?

    What am I missing?

Camper is loaded and ready to be deployed. Talk to me goose.

CB/Monarch trip looks good. I was just down their last weekend and the conditions are outstanding compared to this time last year. Don't know how much terrain the comp at CB will close though. I'm guessing but Headwall on Friday and Staircase or Hourglass on Saturday. A local says Third Bowl is closed for the year. Cheap lift tickets on Craigslist.

It's my understanding that the next system will be hitting southern CO. I'm holding out hope that the snow pack in the northern mountains will stabilize for this weekend.

Why the fuck is 3rd bowl closed? Lame.

That said, at a place as big as das butte the telewhackers won't be screwing up tooooo much terrain. Prolly closed per BZ's post. Totally no problem for free skiing. Also, if viz is bad, they may be down one day (most likly problem = hedwall day).

Snow's gonna peter out in UT before the weekend.

    T-ride?

If you're heading somewhere, my money is going to the butte. There is no finer ski area in the US*

Both good options. T-ride is a touch far for 2days and Bear Creek has been supa sketch lately. I think Hev might be missioning in that direction but he's got Friday off.

An early favorite emerges. I told myself I'm a retard if I don't hit the butte this year but then again I'm pretty retarded most of the time.

Telluride is definately on my radar for this weekend but no plans have been finalized. Trying to get in touch with "nut job" to get the first hand report on the creak. Aspen, monarch, CB, and WC are all potential options as well. Never been to CB or WC...

Pinnoir would weight my decision tree, as do LB's recommendations.

CB with snow is the place to be, regardless of tree hugging comps and pinner's duffle.

The accountant cubing it up in the tech center it the end all be all source for Utah weather. What ever you do don't trust the guy that does it brofessionally. He's just out to sell comercials. Besides, 2 days after a storm, LCC and BCC are the last places you want to be. Totally beat.
