Looking for a kickass sales person to help recruit top-notch indie/boutique outdoor gear retailers and manufacturers for my startup based in Salt Lake City, UT. Tons of low-hanging fruit.

I'm looking to hire a linchpin to take charge in signing up small and independent outdoor gear companies. It's a contract position that pays a handsome commission on all revenue generated from your accounts for a period of 1 year. This is a bottom floor opportunity for the right person with the eventual possibility of gaining an equity/partner position in the company.

The ideal candidate is a people person, outgoing, has an active outdoor lifestyle, an entrepreneurial spirit, and strengths in sales and management.

Your son/daughter plays little league baseball on a city league team. There are currently about 800 players in the league. The previous year there were 900. It's a vibrant league but the ball diamonds, equipment, and snack shacks are showing their age and deteriorating quickly. Players are starting to leave for the brand new league across town. In a nutshell, what would you do to save the league?
