Congratulations, 20 and out nice work. I just got promoted to Captain and have another 9yrs to go. That will put me at 23 years in....hoping I can make that. lol!

Hey thanks everybody, it's kind of wild to look back at 20 years of personal TGR history.
Full disclosure, I'm not dropping out of the work force entirely just yet, my wife won't allow it. But I am ready for a change of scenery and day to day.

Congratulations! Just happened to see your post regarding your retirement. After 30 seasons as a Fed wildland Firefighter, the last 25 years as a Career Perm, I retired as an Eng Capt two yrs ago. I still go out on assignments occasionally as a TFLD, DIV SUP, etc…But I’ld rather chase storms than fires.
