    Pot O' Gold TR

Sometimes you just get lucky, even you do not accomplish what you went after.

    Sunset the first night.

By chance, we found the pot of gold at the end of the ray of light.

I'll let Gramps describe the TR since it was his first time down. Nothing better than showing the guys the 'easy' and 'intro' slot to warm up on, eh Gramps?
There's a world out there full of color, dreams, and imagination. What are you waiting for?

Yeah, but you were in your living room, and thought you were there.

That is a sweet picture Stoy. I've got a few I'll get around to posting, they came out well, but none are as jaw dropping as that one. 3 days of technical slot canyons definitely salvaged my spring break. This place is in the middle of nowhere, completely unmarked, desolate BLM land. It's amazing what there is to see and do in out of the way places in Utah. These canyons were amazing, towering and twisting above and below, it was really like being in a very abrasive abstract painting for hours on end. Good slots, good food, (we ate like kings since we were car camping), good booze, and good friends. Thanks for playing tour guide Stoy, let's do it again soon. I'll get my pictures up when I get a chance.

Georgia O'Keefe would have loved that 2nd pic...

That second shot is very Indiana Jonesesque...

And there is a great SATC episode on paintings relating to what pic 2 REALLY looks like, funny as heck.
    Believe.
