Purple is still in the Liberache quiver I am rocking, haha. Funny, it's hard to see but I have purple pants on in all these pictures. I just like mixing it up

Cat is going now, yes. Think they are charging $300 for a day until late March when it drops to $225. Either way, if they are running cats into the No Name area on the back of their Cat Terrain then that is MORE than worth the money. I may do that later this season.

Great photos. How do you keep that 6D camera safe while skiing?

Most of the time I carry my camera in a top-load LowePro bag, and put that into my backpack (a smaller Dakine pack). I'm somewhat limited in terms of the lenses I can carry since the top-load bag only carries one smaller extra lens, but it's been a pretty ergonomic and light setup.

My main issue is remembering to zip the backpack after I take the camera out, so my friends don't ski by and dump powder into the pack.

Heading to Monarch this weekend! Open snow is predicting 18-36" of snow by Tuesday, which should make for a great time. Should I bring avy gear to ski Mirkwood?
