    Alpy slide?

    Hearing initial reports of SAR headed to Alpental for avy rescue this afternoon. Hope all turns out OK.

    Was out at stevens area today, saw Chinook heli do a fly by then dissapear, was guessing it was some sort of SAR mission. By the end of day around stevens, south facing slopes were starting to show wet slid potential, nothing moved though. Hope everyone is okay.

    Funny, I was running the dogs in Wenatchee today and saw the Chinook fly by from the east up the valley. I assumed it was a training session for the Guard or something.

    It was her first time being lowered, she was stoked on the powder run afterwards
