I've been searching around for a cage for my 7D, and i've seen a few in ski movies that I liked but never online. Something with side grips and a top handle as well would be preferable. Any idea?

I have this one. They didn't have the handle available when I purchased, but it looks like a great add on. Overall the unit is really really solid.
What do you need a cage for? Grip or accessory mounting? Do you need to hold it from the top? Are you mounting a monitor? Audio/mic mounting? I used to use a half cage which I found more managable for size and weight. Personally I think a proper shoulder support system is better than any cage you can buy if it is being used for handling and not for mounting. And if hand held is what you are going for you will want to fly it sooner rather than later so you may as well go that route.
Basically if you aren't mounting batteries, monitors, audio recorders, shotguns, etc... save your money and don't buy a cage.

This cage has extremely soft handles which makes cage even more comfortable and easy to carry while shooting and capturing shots.
You can also try this one...

The cage protects camera from fall, bumps, crashes and Helps to produce smooth, accurate shots. It's a solid piece with plenty of mounting holes and the handle is awesome.
