New reasons to look forward to my visits home

Just got back from a trip home to visit friends and family in MA. I brought my gear with me because most people are busy with school/work/life crap during the day. Just so happens my buddy from home who's a guide didn't have anything to do all day except fish so he showed me around our back yard. I knew the trout fishing was pretty good back there but up until this trip my only time spent on the river was drunk in a tube. The conditions were slightly less than ideal but we stuck with it, we didn't catch a ton of fish but all the fish we did catch were very respectable size.

the hot pink SJ worm hatch was going off!

    large mouth trout?

[SPAM] My homie Brian showed me a damn good time on the river. He knows it like the back of his hand, he may spend more time out there than just about anyone else. If anyone wants to get out, let him know that I sent you his way. www.pheasanttailtours.com [/SPAM]

Great pics. What river(s) did you hit? Just getting into it and so far have been enjoying the Millers but looking to check out some new spots. Forecast is calling for a ton of rain over the next few days, curious how that's going to change things.

We gave em the Pepsi challenge. Montana old cooter red worm with a green bead vs pink dirt snake. Pink won every time.

Nice Work. I fish the Deerfield pretty regularly and its a great piece of water year round. Floating it is really the best way to get into fish, I usually fish with the Harrison Brothers but I'll give you buddy a ring if they are booked the next time we head out.

Sounds good. I know Dan a little bit, we had a similar circle of friends growing up. Good guys. Definitely give Brian a try sometime, he'll show you a good time and get you into some fish for sure.
