I'm pretty confident that's the line I skied today, but I'm not 100% sure.
Left white pine at 9:45 or so, I somehow missed TH and APD even though I was going up the same way they would have been coming down. Got to the Maybird/Hogum ridge at about 12:00, but all that was left of them was their tracks.
So, not too many people get way out to the western cirque of Hogum, so I thought I'd kick my own ass today and head out there.
The cirque - the line coming off the saddle was the only real clean continuous line I found out there, so I think that must be snapdragon.
It looks mellow, but it was definitely 50 degrees at the top, and not much less than that most of the way down. I was painfully aware of this as I did a white knuckle boot up the thing, and the ski down confirmed my suspicions of its steepness.
West facing stuff in Hogum - Ivory chute is the continuous one on the left, rad non-continuous stuff further up the ridge.
There were some big eagles flying around in this cirque, I'd like to think they're the Golden Eagles that are known to live in this area, but I don't know my birds well enough.
one of the views after topping out snapdragon. Definitely the middle of nowhere, I was close to lone peak, and that's Alpine/Utah lake down there I think.

The line - it's beautiful from the top, the size of Hogum drainage makes it look infinite.
A late descent of the NW couloir of the pfeiff I saw on my way out - about 5pm I'd say.
