    ^^^drugs are a hell of a drug.

This week has been nice skiing. Saw JTrue and Co. at the trailhead, which was suprisingly busy, even by Wasangeles standards, for 6am.

We skied down NW Pfeiff that morning

We found reactive soft slabs in the aprons but not in chutes. The UAC forecasts have been spot on this week, IMO.

Springtime in the Wasatch is good for early starts that end with a jug of 3.2%.

Got out this morning, S facing 10.7k surprisingly consolidated except for the last couple hundred feet. Didn't have time to wait for it to corn up, but still fast and fun. Off to AK for a couple weeks, ski ya later.

Last couple days have been a blur of good snow blue sky and high fives

It's been going something like this...

    work all night
    get off at 630
    go tour pow pow
    go home
    sleep
    wash rinse repeat

    Reverse Wasatch Dawn Patrol

I guarantee there is no one stokededder than my buddy KH that I talked him into a RWDP.

    bcc road was surprisingly scetch
more cars at argenta than spruces
    33 degrees
    odd 2 b breakin trail w/ a crack of 10:30 start
    few inches @ trailhead
instabilities noted in the happy early used to be blue ice shot

when the sun popped out it greenhoused fast
but there were some winds and plenty of snow available for transit

storm accumulations increased rapidly with elevation gain
damn near a foot atop r&b ridge
dump hard a bit around 1 30ish a few wind drifts on csr but overall pretty stabile
vis sucked couldn't see anything in cardiff and winds were cranking and scouring

top skied mustachio march pow coatin long time no faceshots on demand of stellar white room goodness

sluffs were slow moving and managable
enough inversion that you sure didn't wanna bury a tip
upper apron had a bit more of that and a bit less snow
    but still

    fkna awesome
ran into our bro who had skied dav jaws and a couple main days
he said they'd popped a small soft slab in jaws but stellar skiing in a surprisingly empty days
sure sucked to have to find the dude who walked up sat on this sign

and self inflicted gunshot to the head himself outta here
strivin to go with the pass no judgement offer only vibes
but damn i doubt i'll ever walk by that sign again and not flashback to the suck
props to the ist responder dudes who have to deal with that
and the unifried po po were pretty cool and none of that can be easy on anyone
life can be fickle and snuffed pretty damn easily
get out enjoy your passions with a smile on yas pretty faces

Argenta is nice upper in the chute and immediately below but mank attack below 8500 or so. N facing up high was settled and dry in places, there was a small degree of transport going on even this afternoon with the cloud cover keeping the heating down.

Had a weird thing happen todee.. Once I got up to the top of Kessler all the sudden I was hurling every 5 mins and dizzy. Had to take a few time outs before and during the descent but feel 100% better now back at 5,000' or so. I'm thinking dehydration triggered altitude sickness, but not quite sure. Never had hape/hace symptoms despite spending a fair amount of days at 3,000-4,000m, so it's a bit surprising. Sound familiar anyone?

p took it hard i'd stopped to call someone up canyon so they were already talking to 911
when i rolled up and he'd been dead a good 1/2 to 45 min
by the time the dectective showed up and cleared us to go it was close to 2 hours of harsh on the killer pow day mellows
weirdest part he wore what appeared to be non musical ear hearing protection devices
went to a less traveled hood fri
    brappers got it first

nuff clouds to keep it from total thermal fuckages

headed down n over instead of ridge goatin

    ski cuts

    produced managable sluffages

    3 2 go

    cheers

    good shit
