Shit.... which weekend are we talking about here? this weekend- 3/18-3/20 or next weekend 3/25-3/57?
My g/f and i were planning on heading down to Moab area for some R&R next wednesday, the 23rd through friday or saturday.... is it gonna be total chaos?
Any info would be appreciated. We're planning on camping down by the river (in a van, of course) a little North of town.
Any beta on great day hikes that maggots have found would be appreciated. PM me... i promise i won't tell anyone else about your secret canyon country stashes. Maggot honor![]()
On another note, sorry for posting kinda serious in a thread that has gone to shit and should disappear.
Cheers, SS
Seldom, Easter weekend is the high time for the jeepers. Moab will be absolutely packed. Finding a camp site will be tough anywhere near town.
Negro Bill canyon about 5 miles East on Hwy 127 (Colorado River) is a great hike that is hiking only, dogs love it.
I hate to say it but if you are looking for some peace and quite, this is not the weekend to be there (Easter weekend).

WOULD IT!?!"
