15 minutes on the spinner, single leg free squats (no weight) and all the funky rubber band games with no pain today baby! Kinda sucks that in 2 weeks I'll be back at ground zero, but this shit is supposed to help.

Way to get after it! Thankfully I've been back on a bike so I can get in shape the fun way!

Right on, the more you do now, the (minisculely) less you'll have to do later. Well... it's always best to be in the best possible shape going into the surgery. I blew mine Jan '04 and didn't have the surgery until November. By February I had full flexion back and could ski groomers. In April I raced an XC race, and during the summer logged more miles on the bike than any previous. About the only thing I couldn't really do was play soccer or ultimate.
You'd be suprised at how much you can actually do just relying on leg strength. Nonetheless, having the ACL back now after over a year definitely feels better.
The bike is your best friend.
As I rained blows upon him, I realized there had to be another way.

Good luck with your pre-op and I look forward to comparing notes during the post op. You two Kellie!
No idea what it really counts for, but all my therapists said getting ROM back pre-op was really important. Keep it up, and best of luck!
