I saw this at the observatory at the top of Mt. Hamilton a few years back. Dude said he recently got a ticket for 130 because the cop didn't believe his radar gun was working since it read 186 when he gunned him.

Maybe it was never driven in the winter. Are those just random photos from an ad or have you seen the car/put it on a lift? If you can't go see it, be sure you get a complete pre buy inspection done by a p shop or you will be sad.
