    Thumbs up Paris-Nice thread

Nice to see an American winning in the spring! For that matter, it's nice to see an American winning at all. Although, Jens Voigt was certainly the reason he was able to stay close today.

Today's stage was on OLN and it was awesome to watch... I loved watching Contador just look at Vinokourov like "Fuck you, man... I've been out here for 120km, so, yes, I AM just going to sit back here."

Vinokourov could have won that stage with a little bit of balls. Anyway, it was fun to watch and I'm psyched the season is underway for reals.
    It's idomatic, beatch.

It is great to see Bobby Julich on the podium, he faded for a few years, but it appears that Riis has worked his magic again. I don't think Bobby will be the GC man for CSC in the Tour, but we will see.

There are two americans in the top 25 at the Setmana-Catalana, Horner for Saunier and Danielson for Disco. I thought that I heard that Horner's early season form was lackluster but it appears that's not the case. It should be interesting to see what types of results Horner gets as well as how Danielson fairs in the Giro. Too bad OLN is not doing daily coverage for the Giro, lame.
