    Thumbs up Dog did it

Hello everyone! I was mowed down by a German Shepard on Aug. 6, had tibial plateau surgery the next morning, plate, screws, bone cement. I feel I am progressing well after reading these posts. At 7 weeks I have almost all my range of motion, have not had pain since first week at home, am 30-50% weight bearing, am in PT. I think going in a pool and hot tub helps immensely. Wear my brace in the pool, no prob. On crutches prob another 3-4 weeks. I try to do some yoga, sitting down of course, and keep up w/ exercises. I am 59 and I guess it helped that I am in good health and was active before this. Another negative, am sitting around, gaining weight. Can't wait to get mobile and be able to burn some calories. Good luck to everyone and hope your pain is minimal and your recovery quick.

Get a lawyer, sue, take the $$$ you get from the big mean insurance company amd buy a maserati and a big pile of hookers and blow til the dough runs out. Rinse and repeat.
    Maybe heal up first.

The pool is the best place to rehab. Plus it's harder for dogs to mow you down there.

How did the dog get you?

Holy shit, I just noticed your name is jill. Disregard prior advice and instead post up some pictures of your injuries and scars and whatnot, be sure to include pictures of your tits and ass, as this will help us provide sage advice.

My dog cut me off when I was on my mtn bike. I drilled the brakes so I wouldn't T-bone him and flew over the handle bars and landed on my shoulder. Grade 3 AC separation.. Hurts like hell but I don't blame him. he just wanted run... Always in the front running like hell and he got pissed I was infront of him. He knows he can't get those damn chipmunks anyways so he usually gives up when they go underground...
