Tables & chairs? BD was that you?

I can bring a grill and some gas if we need it.

I can also bring some super sharp knives for carving pig, which I haven't done in a while but would be happy to handle. BD did we have a table for that already? Sorry just trying to finalize this all in my head last minute. I'll be bringing my usual ice luge and I should have a baller stand this year too. Stoked to get out there!!
For those of us not eating pig, lacking ownership of power tools, and possessing no discernible talent ...any list of items needed?
It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

What time are things going to get going?

I'm trying to figure a departure time for the drive, and an approximate timing for the swing through Scranton...

Also - how many kegs of beer do we have (i.e., how many taps should I bring)?

DW, I don't have tables and chairs for the whole event... I think everyone should bring their own camp chair. As far as tables, Stayalert has a killer one for cutting the pig on and maybe people with folding ones should throw them on their roof. We can always eat on the tailgate?... No need for formal sit down.

I'm bringing a generator, cords, lights, pop up tent, plastic utensils, hand cleaner, aluminum trays and cornbread.

Sounds like we need to coordinate the keg, cups, plates, napkins firewood (maybe use wood that's there?) Maybe Smarty can bring some DE beach bunnies?

CA, people are going to be there all day working on the trail clearing, etc, so I imagine beer will be served Saturday around 8AM... officially around 4?

I will bring a couple of extra Alps Mountaineering roll-up aluminum tables that will help hold some of the non-pig food items.

I've got a few 5-gallon kegs of homebrew from a party a few weeks ago (not sure what I have left, but it's German-ish), but can bring a sankey tap or two for commercial kegs. I'll see if I can swing a small keg from the brewery, too.

I will be picking up my rental car around 9 AM and heading north. That should put me on track for a 4-ish arrival. It's going to be much easier than flying - I just hope my car has satellite radio.

Anyone headed up from NYC area that wants to carpool? If I come I can bring a folding table and food (i.e. sides or dessert enough for 30 people). I can confirm my attendance once I hear back from a buddy who is considering joining or if someone else can confirm a ride from NYC area. Wife needs the car this weekend so I can't commit until my ride situation is settled.

I'll bring plates, cups, charcoal, and coffee.

Don't be a bunch of bitchy little girls about the coffee...you get what you get.(ps: I don't drink shitty coffee).

Is this turning into a swap meet? I got some stuffs!

EDIT: nevermind! I guess I'll stick with charcoal and coffee. I also got a cast iron pan from when I was a heathen if you guys want me to bring it.

    Smartyiak,

I added your contributions to the list, I would say bring the pan. You have a way to make the coffee too?

I may be meeting _Aaron_ for a pickup in Scranton (PM me if that's the case), but if that's not happening, I can go through NYC instead, and grab you. I am planning to rent a mid-size car (don't want to put the miles on my own), so I don't know about a table, but sides/dessert should be OK.

Hopefully we can sort this out by Thursday night...

Is it legal to bring kegs across state lines? Also, had an emergency come up at the ski club in North Conway, our beer fridge died. So I am going up there Friday night and coming down Sat afternoon. If you guys want the keg early, maybe someone else should pick it up and you'll get reimbursed. Otherwise, I will be going by the Tuckerman Brewery and can get a keg of their Pale.

Edit - Just looked at the drive and I may weasel out of this one, beer fridge be damned.

I'll be bringing down some cous cous salad (the food so nice they named it twice!) and probably some sort of hard cider that we've made. Might whip up some other random vege dishes as well, we'll see how the timing works out.
Think the girl will be baking more of the pumpkin cookies that she made for last year's event that were apparently a hit - I don't really recall them too much though
