This sounds like something someone would say about McDonalds.

Ha ha! It is f’n Utah after all, and Utah county. The home of predictable, shitty, chains! If only the predominant inhabitants would tip more than they tithe, then we could have nice restaurants elsewhere besides downtown or Park City…

Went to Huckleberry Grill by the big Costco before a UHC game last week and was pleasantly surprised. Fast Casual, Counter serve but restaurant quality dishes.I had the pork loin, wife had the Tri Tip - both fantastic. Brussel Sprouts and Sweet potato mash were great too. I have to head down to skimoco to get some atk bindings looked at solo, think I might head to onemorenoodleco for the spicy numbing beef unless someone has a better rec.

    went to mensho last night
easily the richest and most beautiful bowls of ramen we've ever had
the karaage was excellent; fried enoki were great but extremely rich, wagyu nigiri was worth eating but all else being equal I'd rather have great otoro
don't sleep on the vegan tantanmen

overall Koyote is still my #1 but Koyote is like comfort food and this is like high concept, very fancy, extremely rich food. apples and oranges, really. we'll be back here for the winter solstice.
