Will BB30 crankset work with threaded BB?

Have a hookup for a crankset that has comes with a BB30 bottom bracket. The guy is selling it because his frame has a standard threaded BB.
Are cranksets now BB specific? Can't I just use a threaded outboard bearing BB with these cranks?

If its a BB30 crankset and bearings, it won't fit a standard threaded frame, nor will the crankset/spindle fit standard outboard bearings.

However, if you get a BB30 frame, there are adapters so you can use a standard outboard bearing and bb.

I didn't mean to ask if the BB will work with my frame. I understand it won't.
What I meant was can I use that crankset with a threaded (MegaExo, for instance) BB?
