ok so I picked up a wireless router and a card and I'm able to access the intraweb from both my stoneage laptop and my fancy new desktop. My problem is I can't get the computers to share files or my printer. What am I doing wrong?

Do they have the same workgroup name?
Did you share a folder to move shared files between?
Did you set up sharing on the printer?
(I'm going to assume yes to the folder and printer and head back to the first question.)
