Account Manager – Nashua, NH
$35K - $40K Base / $50K - $60K FYE
Candidate is expected to perform following functions:
• Point of contact for all customer calls
• Answer product related questions for consumers and retailers
• Enter sales orders from consumers and retailers into company system
• Send and track order acknowledgements to retailers and sales reps
• Transmit sales orders to warehouse for fulfillment and execute necessary follow up
• Key person in day-to-day activity/communication with warehouse
• Lead person in managing company day-to-day activity/communication with retailers
• Day to day management of pro, race, and shop sales including order entry and communication with customer
• Assist Business Administrator in all aspects of operation as needed
• Assist Sales Manager in communication with and management of sales representatives
• Work closely with sales manager in developing and executing in-house sales programs to grow sales with all customers
• Lead person for communicating and executing company warranty policy including returns, product replacements, credits, etc.
• Execute and communicate all company policies as needed with customers, sales reps, and management
• Candidates for this position should be comfortable with significant telephone activity
• This position is the lead point of contact with retailers, consumers, and sales representatives. As such, a professional demeanor, consistent with company policies, is expected at all times.
Desired Skills:
• Accuracy in work and willingness to proof work for errors or omissions
• Ability to put team objectives as first work priority
• Good communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google applications. Previous experience with QuickBooks and ecommerce is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to and seek innovative solutions to unexpected problems.
• Previous experience in the Snow Sports Industry is preferred.
• Ability to make minor repairs to warranty items.
