That's nice that he played well in his League. CL is not the same as Intl. play. England is impressively shitty at that despite having the $$$$ National league.
You did say any trophy.. He's picked up more of them than most.

    Even Taylor Twellman.

International Champions Cup gets rolling a few days ago. Real vs PSJ tonight. Some decent matches on tap coming up too.

Some of these deals are making Chelsea's £50m deal for Torres look good.

Think it was a pass? I call some of my weak-ass jumpers that end up in someone's hands for a layup passes too.

Or maybe it's amazing, not sure which.

99% sure it was a pass based on his body position. He and Suarez have some telepathic shit going on in terms of positioning. Plus, he could probably see Suarez' run out the corner of his eye.

EPL gets rolling tomorrow. Kind of snuck on me with the olympics going on. Everyone place their bets on Hull to shock the world and win the league?

Well, they just beat Leicester... That's not a bad start.

Anyone see that S. Korea - Honduras game? SK dominates, Honduras scores on counter and then act like total assholes to preserve the lead. I hate that shit.

Agreed. The end of that game was BS.

Another Swedish validation for Bunkerball vs Futbol in final round matches. Despite impressive discipline to pull out these wins, it is not as fun to watch nor an admirable way to win, IMO.

Barca v City in group stages. Why am I not surprised about that "random" draw.

I'd call that random. Makes a good group, but I think UEFA would profit more if they met in later stages. Maybe not. Maybe it's better to have the tournaments within the tournament?

Pulisic sure looks like the missing piece for the US MNT.

Playing Trinidad and Tabego so competition is pretty soft but he's repeatedly carving up the defense. And he almost scored with the double post strike.

Finally a true creative center midfielder/#10?

    At 17 y/o he's got a long career ahead

Only saw the second half, but the Manchester derby was entertaining AF.
