RETAIL ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
40 hrs per week / year-round

Duties Include:
+Sales order entry and invoicing
+Accounts receivable and collection reporting
+First level customer service
+Weekly sale and inventory report generation and maintenance
+Sell-thru reporting

The right applicant will have:
BA minimum, liberal arts or business preferred.
Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented.
Highly motivated / self starter
Excellent verbal and written skills
Comfortability with handling collections
Exceptional customer service skills / high emotional intelligence
Comfortability with data entry and report generation
