Just crossed the one month marker post surgery. I had the pleasure of a torn ACL and Medial Meniscus. PT is tough but all things heal with time. Luckily this hasn't been the best year Jackson has seen so I'm looking forward to next season.

I had a patella graft. Getting back to my normal extension wasn't too difficult with this type of surgery but in my case I am still having some trouble getting full flexion due to other complications (tendonitis, scar tissue, muscle burrs). Anyway good luck with your PT. Remember no pain no gain.
One month down, 4 more to go. Good Luck! Fingers crossed for next season. How's the snowpack in Jackson?Just crossed the one month marker post surgery
This club blows. But all the cool kids are doing it Some are even using hammers in order to get newer stronger better ACL's.
I had an ACL replaced, medial meniscus removed and two stitches in the lateral meniscus. I had and still have problems with Flex I think because of the meniscus repairs.

good luck to all ++
i'm a little over 7 weeks post op and my PT said i could start riding a bike outside. (it's been feeling good enough to do this for the past 2 weeks) now i just need some more good weather. got out and did some fishing 2 days ago and a bunch of walking. feels pretty damn good.
best of all - she said i could head out to the driving range and hit some golf balls to see how things felt. no golf shoes, though.
kellie - i had an allograft. main reason being that i had already used up my patella tendon on the first time around. i know everyone is different and your doctor knows best for your particular case, but i feel that this is the way to go. who's to say that the graft they pulled from john doe isn't stronger than what they could have taken from me? my flexibility came back really, really fast. things are going much better than i had expected. good luck.
how do you feel now , still pain or no irregular feelings ? bf
you'll be up and running next season
