So is there some way to block a stalking asshole lunatic - specifically, talus - from sending you PMs? Does the 'ignore' function do that?

Turns out that if you put someone on ignore you get the "talus is on your ignore list" on the messages already in your inbox. I haven't gotten any new messages since I did that, so far so good.
