The only day of my life that has been better than today was a few years ago at steamboat when we recieved over 4 feet of snow in 5 days.
As a precurser - I lost my job 6 months ago and decided to do freelance graphic design rather than get a real job. It has been tough, but not terrible.
So today I met with a potential new client that called on me out of the blue, someone had passed on my info, and I landed a huge contract, my biggest to date!
If that wasn't enough a client i hadn't worked with in several years calls me up and says she wants to develop a designer on contract relationship with her company!
This has been a good day despite the fact that it is raining better than an 1' an hour and is 60 degrees outside.

That has been the plan. I already have two trips to Colorady planned. A-basin season pass is in the mail. I plan on hitting at least 30 days this year. Not a record, but better than last seasons 18 days.
no where neard the 45 and 50 days when I was in school, but what the hell I live in a cold flat wasteland and we only stay here because of my wife's career!
