Fuck yer boy Nico's run was insane, at 2:20 or so he almost flattened some gaper. They let people just hang out and traverse back and forth on the race course? It is Europe I guess...

I can't imagine LV being tempted into doing this for chump change when she's taking it in der poopenhausen by a billionaire.
Plus, there's only room for one number one in that home.

back in 2005 I competed in an unofficial chinese downhill in fernie,

jumping the start rope is not a good strategy to win but does insure a clean route.

    So, what's up w this?
No winner take all, but rather divy the dough up and the winner gets only 5k so everybody gets some free $$$ for showing up.
WTF, that is not a Chinese Downhill.

Ha, there was a chinese downhill alright. Hoping the vids surface soon. Conditions were less than optimal so rather than doing the race down the permanent closure gnar (which was naturally sluffing all week) the race went down Lizard Bowl. 2000' vert, lots of airtime, moderate carnage and everyone ended up happy.

Sick looking race , too bad they couldn't run the original course .

Fav part was at around 2:31 when Bushy dropped into the bump field . Props to Stan for winning .

I think speed suit is mandatory to win a race like this....

Where is the public on the hill?
I know of one 4500' Chinese Downhill on this Sat that is going to have a lot more than 25 people and having to deal with public

In case anyone was wondering Stan Rey took the title again this year. The weather held out and the race went down the headwall this time. Video should be waaaay better than last years.

Cant wait. One of the best things skiers are doing. Snowboarders need to step up to this format…..

it would be nice if the smokin brunette snowboarding in the yellow bikini didn't show up after every video.

60 seconds, so they didn't go all the way to the bottom. Where was the finish?

Finish was right at the base beside deer bottom. Full 3500 vert. We used to be a hair over 2 minutes when it went down curry and the finish was up in the bar so 60 seconds is almost plausible.
