    Arrow 2004/5 Volkl V Expression

I still don't have mad steeze on the rails, so they must be broken.

Not a bad little ski though (and this guy is definitely not riding it in this pic! False advertising from Volkl!!)

While I am certainly not technically savy enough to give a Tyrone Shoelaces or Crinkle (or anybody else that typically writes reviews up) type review, I can at least give you this pilots' take.

So far I've skied this in the park, on the cruisers, through the bumps and in the trees.

It did not give me mad steeze on rails as mentioned before, but I think that is my own fault and not that of the skis. The skis are quite light and edge like they are on rails... thus making them quite a capable park ski (which is good / as is their purpose). Tail is stiff enough so that when I invariably land back seat, it pops me back up.

Ridiculously quick edge-to-edge. They just want to turn.. and turn often... when you pick up speed. They hold their own on the GS type turns, but I'd much rather be on my V-Pros for that.

Skis excelled in the bumps. Central mount + narrow waist = great bump ski.

Trees = give me my V-Pros. Not quite burly enough get through the chop. Nimble... but easily deflected.

    There you have it.

Agreed, a good messin'bout ski and bump ski - not for High Speed, or Deep pow...cheap though...not German either... most rental clients like this ski - dosen't bite the user - dosen't bit ice well either

I would think so.... East Coast specific of course. They are great on hard pack and edge exceptionally. The only thing that they wouldn't be good for on the East Coast (save the once a season epic dump) would be for heavy crud in the glades.
