No shop would do it, so I had to mount my Rossi's on my Maden AKs by hand using a drill press (I think I used a 4mm bit, can't remember), serious pain in the ass. Took my time and got it perfect though.
To mount a binding on a ski bigger than a jig will allow, make a template jig from an old ski.
Take a section of old ski (or a 1 x 3). Mark for center both lengh and width. Drill this for the bindings, but instead of 3.6/4.1mm holes drill 10mm holes (the same diameter ast the jig holes) and drill all the way through. Youn now have a jig that you can clamp using C/G clamps over your fat ski. Then just drill as normal.
