Ha. That was funny. But, man, did you see him rip the shit out of it at the end? Totally worth is, right?
I was going to give the old man with back issues answer. Stretching of back an connecting muscles along with a little Pilates style core strengthening. And a little elevating if everything else permits.
coffee or beer depending on whether before noon or after.

My beer is usually post game for eve session. Unless the wind has fucked it and I'm just headed out for the paddle and exercise.
rog, my little routine takes about 5-10 minutes depending on how I pace it and if I'm watching the sets. Totally worth it. If I go without for too long, I tweak the back without fail. I should be doing the routine daily, whether I surf or not.
Oh. I also visualize my radness. That helps.
